Our trips are design around the practice of achieving the goal of fitness & wellness. Practices like Yoga, Cross fit, Jogging, Nature walks, and other means of conscious practices.

In the Himalayan region, best practice of fitness & wellness is Yoga. The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.

Our programs will be designed, planned, and lead by professional teachers who are expert in yoga, fitness, massage therapy, and other line of practices. Our programs are also created for good health, where wellness plays an important role. We will create a program that will well-orient your lifestyle, encourages you to adopt habits and behaviors that promote better health and an improved quality of life. It also involves the recognition that you have physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, with each dimension being necessary for optimal levels of functioning.
