We have dedicated staff that is totally committed to service and whose friendly, caring and professional attitude will win you over. Quality and value, the
best measures of satisfaction, is our motto and we strive to give this to our clients.
Last Frontiers has been dedicated exclusively by Sherpa Family since its operation. If we recall the history of Last Frontiers, it takes us back in 1952,
when father of Mr. Sherpa personally lead trips, and until now – the company’s founder is hands on to all the programs that we run. Our focus and personal
touch on any of our trips are all always present.

We are always testing our limits to create unimaginative ideas and practices on our programs. Whether that be taking you to a small shop in a narrow alley
owned by 4 generation family selling mustard or butter during your regular tour or just meeting a monk while in Boudhanath Stupa. We can also arrange
meeting with local experts, dignitaries, even a simple farmer and families to grain rare and inside access of the culture. For us drafting an itinerary is
the key success to our programs, we believe that it is a form of art where we engage in sorting the details of any activities on the itinerary.
In our itineraries, we make sure that we choose the right lodge to stay or the right restaurant to dine for your group. We make sure we choose the best
available in the city or in the remote or rural areas. Even while taking the flight to Everest, we make sure that you fly on the right aircraft to capture
the magnificent Mountain View on the right time.

When you travel with Last Frontiers – we focus on programs that take you to real place, people, and at the pace that allows connections and reflections,
therefore group size does matter for us. Whether you are traveling with group of 8 or 30, we make sure you have enough time to explore, and capable guides
to handle the size. We recommend group sizes because this minimize our physical impact at all sites.
We can always create your own private departures, according to your program. We make sure that your itinerary looks different from any other operators – be
it for a private tour or a group tour.

Last Frontiers employs local guides, experts and leaders in our programs. We believe that that our guides and leaders are the pillars of our company. At
Last Frontiers – we make sure you are being assisted by our best guides.

For environmental cause, we reduce, reuse, and recycle in our offices. In our office, we recycle paper, make back-to-back photocopies, recycle ink
cartridges, reuse all unused trip amenities, and repair broken equipments.
To save energy, at our office, we have been using 3.5kw of solar generated power. In future, we progress to add more panels, therefore creating an
eco-friendly and sustainable working environment. We can probably say that, we are the first local tour operator that has
GREEN OFFICE in Nepal.
On our trips, we are always aware of the fragility of environment and cultures. We believe in saving the culture, and environment of the area of travel, and
do recognize our responsibility in maintaining them.
With the change in the global climate, our Himalayas are also facing extreme fragile conditions. Increasing population density and number of trekkers
threatens to destroy the very beauty which attracts us in the first place.
As deforestation is one of greatest environmental threats, we do not have camp fires and use kerosene for cooking as an alternative fuel to wood. We also
discourage trekkers from using wood-fuelled hot showers in lodges along the way. Many lodges, however, now provide solar hot showers, a far more
eco-friendly alternative. We promote more of the traditional style of trekking that is CAMPING in Tents, that reduces the impact in the environment.
Garbage disposal is another major problem and some of the busier trails can, at times, appear strewn with litter. Our staff members are well motivated
towards Eco-friendly practices. We carry out all our garbage, apart from that which can be safely and easily burnt at the campsite.
We are proud to say that our partners believe in our philosophy, and the effort that we put to make this a better place. As a destination management
company, we are also part of the Kathmandu Environment Education Project (
KEEP), and practice
Leave No Trace Policy.
Socially, Last Frontiers Trekking and family are also aware about Nepal’s economical and social problems. We believe that tourism can create economical
growth in rural parts of Nepal that can help the nook and corners of the country. We always believe in creating new ideas and program that are based in
rural parts of Nepal.
Also, as a part of our contribution to the country, we are involved highly with Project Nepal. Project Nepal is a non-government, non-profit organization
committed to education, environment, life style, conservation & preservation, and health in the remote part of Nepal. Our affiliation to Project Nepal has
given aware to the local community in education and tourism. If you are interested in
